They say that to master anything completely you have to practice for 10,000 hours. That means years of holding, spinning, gliding, hopping . . . and inevitably falling.

Champion of the Flatlands is a thrilling combination of performance art and urban culture, featuring ‘flatland’ BMX cycling, dancers and live music.

It is a dance performance that incorporates BMXs to explore the quest for the perfect ‘trick.’ The suspense builds into an explosive stand-off between dancer and BMX rider.

A non-stop movement-based performance to inspire and amaze, particularly relevant for younger audiences.
